This black aluminum fencing kit is definitely a collection of leftovers from someone else's project, but there's a few good pieces to get you started if you're working on a small fence or railing. Included are seven flange pieces (some sort of post base I think), six ball finials, four square post caps, and eight angle adjustable brackets that I believe are for balusters.
