Ca. 2001 Lopi "Berkshire" freestanding gas fireplace that will produce up to 31,000 BTU's. There's nothing on the unit that makes me think it has been converted for propane, so I think it's set up for natural gas use, but since the BTU outputs are listed for gas or LP, I'd guess it could be converted with the correct kit, but I don't see one included.
