This vintage Crouse-Hinds aluminum bodied light could be well suited to a shop or used as an exterior light. Through the over spray, I can still read that it is "Explosion Proof...Suitable for hazardous locations," a rather confident claim! It may need to be rewired, but it's in fine shape otherwise.
