Antique Eastlake mortise with a cast brass face measuring 1"W x 6.75"H. The face is bent and needs a good scrub to remove the paint remnants, but the latch is springing back at least. Beautiful piece featuring the broken leaf motif, it just needs someone with the vision and willingness to bring it back to life.
