Older Rockwell 8" jointer that should clean up fine. The blade shaft rotates freely, and the 1 HP, 230 volt motor ran like a champ when briefly tested. It can be rewired to 115 volts. There's a cracked off corner on the plate the motor is mounted to, but I'd guess you're going to build a bench for it, and take the motor off the plate.
