Neon sign with "CIGAR" in red letters starting on the left side. The open square on the right probably had the name of a business in it. When I wired it up the C & R lit up dimly, the open spot flickers very dimly, and I saw no light coming for the IGA. The wiring looks pretty good, but I'm guessing the neon side of things is getting tired.
