I don't know how to operate a manual printing press, but the wheels and parts on this antique Chandler & Price printing press do seem to move freely and as they should. There is a motor attached to the blocking that moves the whole unit. The motor works when plugged, in and there's a belt to drive it. Dimensions are approximate. It's on a pallet because it's HEAVY. Forklift load only into your open pick up box or trailer.
