I believe this exterior thickness steel commercial door was used as a manager's office door where cash drops could be made. There's a "slot door" in the center that can be unlocked from the inside using a slide bolt. Has a peep hole, and even a little mirror taped to the inside so the manager can make sure the look snappin'. I'd guess it was used as a left hand pull door, but could swing either way.
