Vintage Brass Inkwell w/Tray

This is a very ornate and beautiful inkwell with a stunning brass tray. Inkwells were used as a container for your ink so you could dip your quill to have a convenient way to write. This inkwell is a combination of ceramic and brass wonderfully carved with cherubic faces. Tray is brass and in great shape with 4 brass feet and holds the inkwell in place albeit a little wobbly but still functional.
