A beautiful piece from a bygone era, this dresser was manufactured by Drexel, whose maker's mark is burned into the right side of each drawer. It sports brass pulls and fittings, with a leather top and looks to be constructed out of various types of wood, but we think the drawer faces may be maple with a very deep, very dark stain. This is the kind of piece that elevates the classiness of a space purely by virtue of occupying it. I found one other version of this chest being sold for over $4k, and that definitely seems to fit the pattern in regards to Drexel furniture.
