Almost Snap-On Garage/Shop Cabinet

I don't know what company made this metal upright storage cabinet with four adjustable shelves inside, but it feels well made--like just a step below something made by Snap-on--which are through the roof, crazy expensive. There's no key for the lock, but it would be simple to buy a new cylinder with key at the hardware store for $15 and swap them out.
