Yellow Velvet Chair Pair

Duo of yellow velvet chairs with golden legs and mysterious handles on the backsides - the best guess I have is that they're intended for moving the chairs without leaving smudges or dirt marks on the fabric. One has some drip marks on the seat, but they're in great shape otherwise. A similar pair retails for $190 at Target.
