Six Chain Anchor/Counterweight

I'm not sure if this heavy iron cylinder is solid iron or if it's filled with ?concrete? or something else, but it's heavy and has six chains protruding from it. Each chain has a ring on the end, and they're about 21 1/2" long from cylinder. Too bad it didn't have a couple more chains, so you could make an octopus out of it.
