Small vintage cast iron pulley with a hook with a hook at the top. There's a good chunk missing from the wheel, but if you plan to use this for decor it won't affect it beyond adding to the authentically used charm. These make pretty hip bare bulb pendant lights and plant hangers, not to mention excellent stocking stuffers...
