SportWorks bike rack made in Seattle. This company now makes the bike racks for city busses around the country and this model is a very similar style. It holds two bikes with a ratcheting arm that locks the tire in place. It fits onto a 2" square receiving hitch. The entire rack flips up when not in use. Seems very well made.
