Super clean, Fairbanks, model 41-3132, platform scale with its set of weights. The down side, it's missing the hanging platform (believe it's called a counterpoise hanger, part number 1B1135, sells for $68 on Rice Lake Weighing Systems website, maybe less if you look around) from the end of the beam. This one was calibrated in 1987, so it's at least that old.
