Join us for an introduction in identifying wood species and qualities. This information session is perfect if you want to learn more about how to ID some common wood types, why you would work with them, and will provide some great info on what to look for when you are shopping for wood materials to create with.
This workshop will be taught by Second Use’s own Wood Specialist, Nils Rye, who handcrafts all kinds of cool things with wood when he’s not here working to provide our customers with the best reclaimed & sustainable wood selection in the city.
This workshop will be presented in person at our Tacoma location.
