We are excited to share about the existence of the Styro Recycle group in Kent that are diverting some common types of Styrofoam from the waste stream and into new products. Please take a look at their site to see what they can, and cannot, recycle. There is no fee to recycle with them. To be clear, Second Use stores are not drop-off points for these materials, but we wanted to share this recycling option for what is often a single-use material going in landfills.
