Design blogs are flooded with suggestions on how to create your own reclaimed wood accent wall- a touch that is purported to give your room warmth, depth, and character- without the effort of a major remodel. And yet, these tutorials often include hours of labor denailing pallets, scouring Craigslist for fence boards, and milling each plank to a consistent size. A practice, that by our accounts, is far from effortless.
While we are all for DIY solutions and offer plenty of options for those with the skills and time to do it themselves, we are pleased to now carry a range of Salvage Works products that were reclaimed from barns throughout Oregon and Washington, cleaned, kiln dried, and milled to convenient sizes so they are ready to install faster than you can say “instant accent wall.”
