Customer Phil Brooke offers a peek at his creative use of salvaged flooring as a surface for a kitchen island.
“I picked up 3 bundles of salvaged fir flooring. First I installed on the counter, next I half round the fir mould, then lightly sanded and lastly used 3 coats of amber shellac. Now, I have the perfect butcher block!”
