A great example of regional history decor, this is a massive chain with an O-ring and a bar on opposite ends. Used to hold heavy log booms in place while floating them down the rivers. Not sure on this one's provenance, but sure is cool looking. Could be a part of some nautical yard/garage home decor, or even part of some crazy ceiling fixture build!
