An antique reciprocating metal saw made by Perkins, probably circa 1930s-40s. This old man has had quite the life! When we tested in house, the motor was wanting to turn over, but it's definitely struggling due to years of disuse. You'll want to clean it up and get some fresh grease in there for sure. The cord will also need replacing.
