1960’s Vintage Toilet Paper Roll Holder

Vintage toilet paper roll holder with a rotating cover, made by Hall-Mack Model 378. Has a polished chrome finish with some minor rusting. Part of the body is a bit deformed, enough to make rotating the cover difficult. The cover does rotate but only with great effort, and has a dent in it.
