Henry Ketting Olivier was an artist known for his landscapes with ties around the world, he was born in Indonesia, studied in the Netherlands and the United States. He was a renowned art teacher for years after emigrating to California after WWII. This piece is an original which depicts an active docks scene with blue skies and a distinct Mobil gas sign. In a nice glossy frame with a signature on the bottom right hand corner.
